The Role
Most people who contact CorpWise have already been overwhelmed by conflicting information online. Your job is to cut through that noise quickly — understand what they're actually trying to build, match them to the right structure (free zone, mainland, or offshore), and move their case from first message to issued licence without them having to chase you once.
This is a frontline advisory and sales role. You'll own client cases end-to-end, working closely with our PRO team and compliance officers to keep things moving.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email — qualify leads, assess activity and visa requirements, and recommend the right setup route
- Prepare scoped proposals with cost breakdowns tailored to each client's activity, jurisdiction, and visa count
- Collect and review client documents, flag issues early, and manage the formation checklist through to licence submission
- Coordinate with free zone authorities, the DED, and government portals on applications and approvals
- Keep clients updated at every stage — no chasing, no surprises, one clear thread
- Identify genuine upsell opportunities post-licence: renewals, visa add-ons, compliance packages
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in UAE business setup, corporate services, or a related advisory role
- Solid working knowledge of Dubai free zones (DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, SHAMS and others), DED mainland requirements, and the core difference between free zone and mainland structures
- Confident communicator in English — Arabic is a strong advantage
- Comfortable managing a full pipeline without things slipping
- Detail-oriented — licences, MOAs, and document packages need to be right the first time
- Familiar with MOHRE, ICA, and standard UAE visa processing steps
