·      Comply with UAE laws and regulations

·      Settle service fees as agreed before theinitiation or completion of services

CorpWise is not responsible for delays caused byincomplete, incorrect, or late submissions.

5. Fees & Payments

All service fees will be clearly communicatedbefore engagement. Payments must be settled as per the agreed terms.

CorpWise reserves the right to hold orsuspend services in cases of unpaid fees.

Refunds, where applicable, will be assessed on acase-by-case basis and are not guaranteed after work has commenced.

6. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse our website, attemptunauthorised access, or engage in activities that may harm the website or itsusers.

CorpWise reserves the right to restrict orblock access if misuse is detected.

Clients may also request service termination, subject topayment of any pending fees.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws ofthe United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will fall under the exclusivejurisdiction of UAE courts.
